Booking Instructions
- Primary Booking Method: Online booking through our secure booking portal is the fastest way to reserve your dive, course, or private charter and view current availability.
- Deposit Requirement: A 20% advance deposit is required at checkout to confirm dive packages, PADI training courses, or private charter reservations.
- Payment Methods Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and local cash. USD and BBD are accepted on site.
- Final Payment: Any remaining balance is collected during check-in before departure.
Customer Support & Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Weather Policy: Guest safety is our top priority. If sea conditions or severe weather make it unsafe to operate, AquaPros Barbados may cancel or postpone the scheduled dive.
- Rescheduling: Dives canceled due to weather or unsafe sea conditions can be rescheduled for another available date during your stay at no additional charge.
- Refund Policy: If a weather-related cancellation occurs and your travel schedule does not allow for rescheduling, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
